Fung Yang Sau(Feng Shou/Fung Sau) Kung Fu Wu Shu is a Taoist based Traditional Chinese Martial Art. It is a family style of the 'Li' Family of Wei Hei Wei, Shangdong province. Reputed to be around 2,000 years old. The Association is headed by Sifu Darryl Cross who has trained, taught graded and fought 'full contact' in China. Kung Fu is the original martial art, it is for everyone. It is about the total development of the student: Mentally, physically and spiritually.
